What does a composite tile sheet consist of?

The structure of all roofing composite materials is approximately the same; the thickness of the layers and the quality composition differ.  

Transparent acrylic overglaze is a finishing coating that protects the material from fading in the sun, getting wet and corroding. Thanks to it, the roof will be bright for many years, regardless of the climate.

Load-bearing Steel usually 0.26-0.0.6mm thick. Much will depend on the quality of the metal and its thickness.

Natural basalt chips (granulate) give the composite shingles their noble

aristocratic appearance and different colors. No matter how much rain falls,basalt absorbs almost all sounds. The chips also protect the metal sheet. Natural volcanic basalt does not fade longer than colored quartz.

Galvanic coating based on aluzinc applied to both sides of the base, protects against corrosion processes. The combination

of aluzinc protects against corrosion 5-6 times better than conventional galvanizing: aluminum protects against corrosion, and zinc provides cathodic protection of scratches and cuts.

Acrylic Epoxy primer layer: on the outside it ensures good adhesion of all materials to each other, and on the insideit serves as additional protection.
